Pasta

…taking a break after I’ve finished the data entry for an index (before the final editing) I was skulking through the blogs that I follow.  I found a post on Scripturient that I found totally fascinating: The Geometry and Topology of Pasta.  You might be asking why I’m posting this here since this is not a cooking blog.  Well, it somehow seemed like something that would appeal to indexers: we read books on a multitude of subjects, and some, even, just for fun.

Besides, I love the idea of intellectual Brownian motion.
